	There is now a facility for tracing SETQ assignments to atoms.
TRACEQ takes a list of atoms which are to be traced.  UNTRACEQ takes a 
list of atoms to be untraced.  If UNTRACEQ is called with no arguments,
all SETQ tracing will cease.
	Note that SETs and lambda binding are not traced.
